Removal
Step 1: Loosen or
remove overlapping trim. Three pieces of trim -
the front door upper trim, the front door lower trim, and
the rear door lower trim - overlap with this one, and they
need to be loosened or removed.

Step 2: Slide the
trim piece upward. It will slide up about an inch,
takes a fair amount of effort.
Step 3: Slide
seatbelt through hole. Slip it through enough that
it won't catch when you get the trim piece free.
Step 4: Peel the
edges of the trim piece off as much as possible, then slide
the trim piece downward. It should pop right off.
Installation
Installation is the
reverse of removal.
